The most recent campaign I’ve worked on...
There are multiple campaigns running through our design department at any given time. I am currently working to launch The Fifth Star Awards. This event honours artists whose work has forever changed and enhanced Chicago.
A brand-new annual event from the City of Chicago, the Fifth Star Awards gets its name from Chicagoans' ongoing quest to add a new star to its iconic flag. While there are no plans to add a fifth star to the flag, the awarded artists all represent a city always in search of new moments of enlightenment.
The piece of advertising work I wish I had thought of is...
Hmmm. This will get me in a lot of trouble, but, I really love the IBM Smarter Planet Outdoor work. It’s a great combination of utility and design.
The best piece of creative work around at the moment is...
Harvey Nichols’ Christmas 2013, “Sorry, I Spent it on Myself”.
The next big thing in advertising will be...
Driven by smart design and respect for the brand.
The digital tool I couldn’t live without is...
My iPhone.
Special K "What will you gain when you lose?" 2013 campaign by Leo Burnett, Chicago. Design led by Alisa Wolfson.
In a film about my life, I’d like to be played by...
Someone very, very old. I’m planning to be around for a long time.
A word or phrase I overuse...
Cool.
My last social media update said...
“Miniatures.” I posted a picture of my five-year-old daughter looking at the Thorne Miniature Room at the Art Institute of Chicago.
My dream collaboration is...
A new product or service that helps the world be better.
A piece of criticism I’ve received was...
I’m pretty straightforward. Sometimes that is hard to handle.
The last piece of music I listened to was...
The Frozen soundtrack - at least 500 times.
