ITV “Britain Get Talking”# This campaign aims to get ten million people to take action to improve their mental and physical health by 2023. ITV paused and held a one minute silence during Saturday night TV to create, increase and improve the opportunity for conversation about mental wellbeing across the nation. This initiative is supported by the mental health charities Mind and YoungMinds. It should show that just taking time from distractions for regular conversations with close ones could already be a step forward in maintaining mental wellness.
