NDSS “40 Years No Limitations” Many believe that living with Down syndrome prevents people from achieving anything in life. Well … wrong! This film celebrating 40 years of the National Down Syndrome Society highlights the achievements of people with Down syndrome who were not held back by limitations – or, no less importantly, by the haughtily dismissive physicians who said they would never be able to accomplish anything in life.
