In Africa, gods come to men in the form of “Egungun”, known as Masquerades in the western world. Amidst all the fear brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, Egungun shed light on how mortals can navigate this trying time: By wearing a mask, social distancing, wearing a glove and not shaking hands.
