The lives of 84 men are lost each week to suicide. Mental health issues among men are very common, yet it is still a topic that is not spoken about often enough. This project aims to raise awareness of the issue by presenting a series of harrowingly blunt statements from friends and families who lost sons, brothers, and fathers to suicide.
Adrian Rossi & Alex Grieve: “Most of the ideas in this list only live in one space, that is a malaise of digital. More ideas need to be multi-platform and more joined-up. At their worst, they are the Brexit of channels. The gravitational pull of this idea was an event. This website was only one part of the whole. It is better for being part of something greater. This was a big idea about a big issue that isn’t talked about enough.”
