An animated spot telling the story of “Goldivox,” a girl who
thinks her voice “doesn’t fit.” She therefore sets off on a trip around
the world to find the right voice – not too deep, not too old, etc. –
and finally meets a girl willing to share her voice with her. VocaliD
is a company that develops customized digital voices for those
afflicted by speech impairments or voicelessness.
Gideon Amichay: “Interactively, the movie works great and the viewer has
to be active throughout the experience, while constantly being engaged
with wonderful animation and storytelling. There’s a brilliant dissonance
between the voice of the viewer/reader and the mechanical movie
voiceover that delivers the message in a powerful way. It made me read.
It made me think. And, most importantly, it made me share my voice.”
